Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no codes.

 

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. During peak summer demand, delivery can occasionally take a few extra days.

 

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships, and may take 2 to 5 days to show its first update while the carrier registers the package.

 

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at bthsupport@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before the order ships.
